Talapatram is an Indic Learning Platform on a mission to make Indian Knowledge Systems accessible, structured, engaging and relevant. The Talapatram Gurukul includes 50+ courses and 2000+ lessons across mythology, history, philosophy, leadership, and life wisdom, delivered in English and Hindi.

We are bootstrapped, India-built, and operated from Hyderabad. Content is reviewed by the Talapatram editorial team led by founder Vamsee Voleti.

What does this cost?
Pilots are free. School-wide access is priced per student per year, tailored to your school's size, and kept affordable by design. We would love to walk you through it on a short call.
How does this fit the NEP's Indian Knowledge Systems vision?
The NEP asks schools to bring Indian Knowledge Systems alive, and structured courseware for it is scarce. Talapatram provides sequenced, quiz-tested courses across the epics, philosophy, sciences, economics, and traditions, each naming its primary source. Schools use it as an IKS library, a club activity, or curriculum support.
How much teacher time does this need?
Zero by default. We handle bulk onboarding, content, and certificates. If you run inter-class or inter-house competitions, one coordinating teacher is enough.
Will you advertise to our students?
No. The Talapatram app is ad-free today. The app does contain product CTAs for other Talapatram courses and our adult subscription plans, but only the parent's account can transact. We will never target marketing at children.
What data do you collect from kids?
First name, class, school name, and lesson progress. Quiz responses are stored as correct or incorrect, not free text. We do not collect full name, photo, address, date of birth, or location. From parents, we collect email and phone number for sign-up and OTP verification.
Can we co-brand the certificates?
Yes. Certificates auto-generate with the student's first name and your school's name alongside the Talapatram seal. The school may print and hand them out, or distribute digitally, however you choose.
Is content available in Hindi?
Yes. Every lesson is available in both English and Hindi. Students choose their preferred language.
What if we want to pause or exit?
Pause or exit anytime. Parents can request data erasure for their child at any point. School can withdraw endorsement at any point. We honour both within 15 days.
